During our first call together (30-min Zoom consultation), we will discuss your brand story, your intentions for the service(s) you requested and define a project scope. I can also any questions you might have about the process.

To make sure we are aligned at this stage, I will restate my understanding of the project needs and send a detailed scope breakdown, along with the budget and contract. If both parties are aligned, the project will immediately kick-off after both parties sign the contract and you send the first 50% of the project fee. Other payment plans are available upon request.

This meeting will help me get a deeper understanding of your business on a strategic level before we dive into design. Together, we will discuss your business goals, the potential challenges, the industry, competition, and understand your customers. The agenda and length of this call depend on whether or not your brand already has a defined brand strategy. Insights from this call will inform the Creative Brief.

The Discovery Deck will summarize all the findings from the Discovery Kick-Off Call and will include the Design Directions to look over together. We will discuss what works and doesn’t work to narrow down which direction(s) would resonate the most with your customers. We will reference this brief throughout the entire project to ensure we are always making strategic decisions.

This phase is what most clients look forward to! Based on the final approved Design Direction, we will iterate on the concepts. Each concept will be presented using mockups and notional brand touchpoints. Together, we will go through the concepts specifically designed for your business and select one for further refinement.

The final design will be shared based on the feedback and direction(s) selected for refinement from the last phase. Don’t worry there will still be opportunity for revisions at this phase. Once you are happy with the final result, the next phase is asset creation!

After I receive the final payment for the project, I will send all the necessary asset files and walk you through everything provided. (Logo suite, brand guidelines, website access, packaging/design templates, etc.) And that’s it! We made it to the finish line!
